Already Have a Domain Name?

If you would like to use your current domain name, you will need to provide:

  • Where you bought the domain (the registrar)
  • The username and password into the domain.

You may have this information in an email that you received when the domain was purchased.

It's possible that someone purchased the domain name for you and you might be able to ask that person for this information.

If you have no idea who bought the domain, or cannot reach the person who did, you will need to track down your domain name registration information.

Information on domain names is stored in the WHOIS database and you can look online for this information at:

Once you determine the Registrar, you may have to visit the Registar's website or find their phone number and call them to ask how you access your domain name. You may have to take steps to prove that your center is the legitimate owner of the domain. In most cases, the registrar will send you an email with your username and password or allow you to reset the password. You may forward that email to your contact at Option Line e-Xtend.

If you have email addresses associated with your existing domain name, you will need to provide:

  • The email addresses you have or want
  • How your center is currently access that email (Outlook, online, or other)
  • Or where you'd like email forwarded
